Guest Policy & Agreement
Welcome to Chill Vibes Hiriketiya! We are a social hostel, and our goal is to provide every guest with a safe, fun, and respectful environment. Please read the following rules carefully. By signing this form, you agree to follow all hostel policies. Any breach of these rules will result in fines and/or termination of your stay without refund.
Hostel Policies & Fines
- Guests must leave their passport at reception to open a tab. All passports are stored securely in our high-security biometric fireproof & bulletproof safe. Wristband will be issued for your convenience.
- Lost/damaged/unreturned wristband → Fine: €15
- Stay in your designated bed only. Unauthorized bed change → Fine €5
- Quiet after 10:00 PM in dorms.
- Quiet from 12am–7am in common areas. Violation → Fine: €10 per person.
- Maintain good behavior and respect others at all times.
- No outside alcohol allowed in the premises or dorms. Unauthorized alcohol →
- Local alcohol: €15 per bottle
- Foreign alcohol: €30 per bottle
- Beer: €3 per can/bottle
- Wash feet before entering rooms. No shoes allowed inside rooms.
- Towels are rented and must be returned at checkout. Staff do not collect towels during housekeeping. Lost/unreturned towel → Fine €10
- Checkout: 11:00 AM. After 12:30 PM → Full night’s rate charged.
- Reception hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Early checkout must be done the night before with passport collection.
- Passport collection is 100% guest responsibility. Hostel is not liable for passports left behind.
- Use designated areas for hanging clothes.
- Guests are kindly requested to check their Tab Balance prior to checkout and settle in cash to avoid the 3% bank card surcharge. Thank you for your cooperation.
